Begin 2 Sing

Begin 2 Sing

Begin 2 Sing is a community music project in Darwen, led by Paul Stuart Davies, which produced a debut single featuring 500local voices in November 2025.

 

At St Cuthbert’s CE Primary School, we were honoured to be asked to be part of this project. The passion that Paul has is infectious and it was wonderful to come together as our school community, working on a project as part of the wider community.

The experience of recording the single, learning about the editing process and how the single was then produced was a unique insight for our children. The reaction from the children when we played the finished single was incredible and the opportunity to feature on the single is one that we will all remember.
