Year 6 go swimming on Mondays in the Autumn Term and have PE on Thursdays.
In the Spring and Summer Terms PE will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
However PE kits should remain in school throughout the week.
During the Autumn Term Year 6 shall also be taking part in clog dancing lessons on Wednesdays as part of our topic on the Industrial Revolution.
Homework
Homework shall be issued on a Friday and is due in by Wednesday of the the following week, at the very latest.
It usually consists of mathematics work, reading and either spellings or written work.

As part of Lancashire Week, Year 6 put on a performance to the whole school and parents, to show off their clog dancing skills. The children dressed in traditional Lancashire clothing linked to their topic on The Industrial Revolution.
