I very much like to encourage an ‘open door’ policy for you to pop in and have a chat, or discuss your child’s progress. If you wish to speak to me please contact me through Class Dojo or ring the office.
I like to encourage independence in my classes. Your children should begin to organise themselves with homework, letters, PE Kit etc as they are in the juniors, but your support would be appreciated in making sure they have the correct kit and homework on the right day.
PE lessons take place on a Tuesday and Thursday. Children should not wear ear rings but if they are they must be covered with plasters or be able to take the ear rings out for the lesson. Girls who wear tights will also need a pair of socks in their PE kit as the pumps can rub.
There are no mistakes only lessons
Click on the image to go to Class Dojo and find out what exciting things we have been up to. If you don't have a log in speak to me and we will sort it out for you.
You can also contact us through Class Dojo to let us know about home events that may affect the children's learning at school.
Remember if your child is going to be absent from school you must call the school office to inform them.

Maths and English homework will also be sent home on Fridays and should be returned by Wednesday. This will be linked to the learning we have been doing in class each week.
There will also be Topic homework sent home on the bottom of the spelling sheets each half term. These are designed to be fun activities you can do with your children.
This Terms spellings, times tables and topic homework are in the document below.
Uniform
This is a reminder that all items of uniform, including PE kit, must be labelled with your child's full name in order to avoid any items being lost.
