The Polar Bears' classroom is there to support those children who not only struggle with their learning, but may need extra support and guidance with their social and emotional well-being.

We have a different approach to learning in order to meet the needs of the children, centred around our school values (faith, love, hope, trust and peace) whilst building upon what they have already learnt in order to help them achieve.

When a flower doesn't bloom, you fix the environment in which it grows, not the flower.

Oscar the Polar Bear

Oscar is our class mascot. He helps us with our learning. Oscar loves to listen to us read!

The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you’ll go.

Class Dojo

The staff and children in Polar Bear class love to share our learning with the parents and carers. We like to keep you informed of what we have been doing in class so that the children can share their learning experiences. If you like what they've done don't forget to comment.
