Mr Massey is the class teacher in The Polar Bears' classroom along with Miss Duxbury, Miss Porter and Miss Read. Miss Porter supports the children with their Speech and Language Therapy. 

 

The Polar Bears' classroom is following a nurture approach.  This supports those children who can struggle with their learning and may need extra support and guidance with their social and emotional well-being.

 

This different is a approach is centred around our school values (faith, love, hope, trust and peace) whilst building upon what they have already learnt in order to help them achieve with frequent opportunities to link with their year groups and participate in the whole school community.

Home Reading

 

Home reading books will be changed every Thursday.

 

P.E.

 

PE days take place on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Pupils should come to school in their P.E. kits.  Black jogging bottoms and a hooded jumper can be worn on tog of the school PE kit.

 

Forest School

 

Forest School takes place on Wednesday mornings.  Pupils should come to school in Forest School suitable clothing and then have their uniform their uniform to change into.

 

Class Dojo

 

The staff and children in Polar Bear class love to share our learning with the parents and carers. We like to keep you informed of what we have been doing in class so that the children can share their learning experiences. If you like what they've done don't forget to comment.

 

*Please note absences need to be reported to the school office via telephone and not via Dojo
