This Sunday is the Remembrance service held at St Cuthbert's church. We are asking that as many children from St Cuthbert's can come along to church at 10.30am to help us remember all that have fallen in the wars and still fight for our country today. We also ask that children come wearing a poppy to show their own mark of respect.
Year 4 have also been writing prayers to help us think about Remembrance day.
We will pray for all of the people who have died in the wars. We also pray for the people who had to leave their homes to protect their families who missed them so much. We pray for all of the people who are still fighting today and for those who have been injured and are trying to get better.
